ABSTRACT Multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) often involves evaluating or ranking alternatives on multiple attributes, a process that is far from trivial due to flexible preferences and uncertainty in the criteria importance. The recently proposed W eightless, I nterval‐ B ased A pproach (WIBA) tackles these issues by relying an ordering of (according their relevance) instead explicit weights using interval scores evaluate alternatives. Although originally for selecting solutions interest context multi‐objective many objective optimization problems, it can be adapted rank such solutions. However, robustness WIBA rankings has not been studied, sensitivity analysis approaches based perturbations cannot applied. Furthermore, there no friendly environment exploring properties. This paper addresses gaps (1) introducing novel local technique explore how small order affect rankings, (2) presenting WIBApp, freely available visual software tool implements features, including analysis. Using case study selection technical universities, first illustrates WIBA's flexibility utility real‐world decision scenarios, enabling makers effectively deal with complexity, second shows WIBApp simplifies data management, enhances facilitates comparisons among rankings. By advancing theoretical foundations providing practical implementation, this work contributes robust framework handling multi‐criteria enhancing reliability supporting informed decisions.

The construction industry is growing with the shortfall issues of productivity, functionality, and cost. Precast has significant potential to address these by incorporating lean principles. Lean focuses on enhancing value at every stage process. By combining two approaches, can effectively tackle challenges. This research aims achieve main objectives: (1). To establish a connection between tools non-value added (NVA) activities, (2). prioritize based their relevance major NVA activities. accomplish this, an extensive review literature was conducted examine adoption in various tasks. A questionnaire survey then employed identify root causes activities (criteria) determine most suitable for addressing each specific criterion. findings from multi-criteria decision decision-making (MCDM) analysis highlight that total quality management (TQM) ranked first methods while continuous improvement (CI) one method. Comparing all scenarios, it observed 5S CI have been fluctuating three rankings, remaining ranks very minute changes. Based are prioritized as TQM > JIT VSM PY.
