As digital twin (DT) applications continue to proliferate across diverse industries, a noticeable gap exists in the availability of evaluation methods or frameworks aid selection and development DT platforms, particularly for Domain-Specific applications. To address this gap, paper proposes comprehensive framework with focus on The uses Best-Worst Method Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method (BWM-FCE) assess performance, user experience, economic effects platforms. proposed is applied case study high-speed train platform compared other AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) BWM-SPA (Best-Worst Method-Set Pair Analysis). results demonstrate feasibility effectiveness highlight its potential guiding platforms
