The dune density is an important parameter for representing the characteristics of desert geomorphology, providing a precise depiction undulating topography desert. Owing to limitations estimation methods and data availability, accurately quantifying has posed significant challenge; in response this issue, we propose innovative model estimate using vertex search combined with four-directional orographic spectral decomposition. This study reveals several key insights: (1) Taklimakan Desert distributes approximately 5.31 × 107 dunes, linear regression fit R2 0.79 between estimated observed values. average absolute error root mean square are calculated as 25.61 n/km2 30.48 n/km2, respectively. (2) distribution across eastern, northeastern, southern, western parts relatively lower, while there higher central northern areas. (3) observation constructed improved YOLOv8s algorithm remote sensing imagery effectively validate results density. new demonstrates high level accuracy estimating sand density, thereby crucial parameters sub-grid parameterization regions. Additionally, its application potential dust modeling appears promising.

Bioaerosols constitute a crucial component of atmospheric particulate matter, encompassing physical and chemical aerosol properties along with biological characteristics. They can influence global ecosystems, climate change dynamics, air quality. Notably, bioaerosols serve as significant pathway for transmitting respiratory infectious diseases, garnering widespread attention worldwide following major pandemics such COVID-19. Thanks to the development high-throughput sequencing technologies, studies on have flourished in recent years. Understanding interconnectedness sources, spatial temporal distributions, influencing factors, health risks associated is imperative devising pollution mitigation strategies preventing spread related epidemics. This review provides an overview bioaerosol sources while elucidating distribution patterns within their community structure across various source types. Lastly, this offers insights into future advancements field corresponding recommendations.
