In a biological signal analysis system, signals of the same type may exhibit significant variations in their feature waveforms. Biological are typically weak, which increases complexity analysis. These interference factors further escalate difficulty Therefore, precise targeted preprocessing is often required before analyzing these enhance accuracy reliability subsequent extraction classification. Here, we have established an effective practical algorithm model that integrates with initial localization target waveforms, achieving following four objectives: 1. Determining periodic positions 2. Preserving original amplitude shape waveforms while eliminating negative interference. 3. Reducing or other input signal. 4. Decreasing noise signal, such as baseline drift, powerline interference, artifacts commonly found signals. We validated on electrocardiogram (ECG) data authoritative MIT-BIH open-source ECG database demonstrating its effectiveness reliability.

Global stress is widespread in today's post-pandemic world of political and economic uncertainty. Vibroacoustic technology a vibrotactile intervention with multiple uses, but its impact on lacks interpretation. This research assessed if the vibroacoustic Sound Massage (VSM) can reduce psychological, physiological, cognitive stress. The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) electrocardiogram (ECG) electroencephalogram (EEG) biosignals were used to quantify results. Participants divided into Low-Stress High-Stress groups. ECG results show VSM increased parasympathetic activity for all participants, group being more affected. EEG indicate concentration, reduced arousal, relaxation, participant well-being non-significantly affected, though variability this metric was homogenised after VSM. Together, these validate as an effective support tool management; however, further required.
