Fibrogenesis

Giant
cell
arteritis
(GCA)
is
a
chronic
inflammatory
vasculitis
with
significant
impact
on
vascular

health.
It

narrative
review
explores
the
treatment
of
GCA
interleukin-6
(IL-6)
pathway
inhibitors,

glucocorticoids
(GCs),
but
their
long-term
use
associated
adverse
effects.
Targeting
