Background: Breast cancer (BC) is the most common among women worldwide; therefore, efforts of many scientists are aimed at finding effective biomarkers for this disease. It known that exosomes nanosized extracellular vesicles (EVs) released from various cell types, including cells. Exosomes directly involved in governing physiological and pathological processes an organism through horizontal transfer functional molecules (proteins, microRNA, etc.) producing to receiving Since diagnosis treatment BC have been improved substantially with exosomes, study, we isolated breast carcinoma cell-derived primary endotheliocyte-derived blood patients (BCPs) first stage disease investigated their proteomic profiles. Methods: were samples by ultrafiltration ultracentrifugation, followed mass spectrometric bioinformatics analyses data. The exosomal nature was verified using transmission electron microscopy flow cytometry. Results: Exosome proteins secreted MCF-7 BT-474 cells found form two clusters, one which enhanced malignant potential cells, while other coincided a cluster HUVEC-derived exosome proteins. Despite different ensembles lines, relevant portions these similar biological pathways. Comparison analysis revealed more BC-associated fraction BCPs than conditioned medium mimicking corresponding subtype (89% 81% luminal A 86% 80% triple-positive respectively). Conclusions: Tumor-associated should be sought not lines but composition patients, contribution endotheliocyte total pool can neglected.
