Abstract The experiment investigated the effects of different levels zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) (0, 10, 20, and 30 mg/L) iron sulfate (13.9, 27.8, 55.6 on morphological physiological responses Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni plant under in vitro conditions. Results indicated that combined application ZnONPs at 10 mg 27.8 led to highest increase in shoot number, height, biomass, showing a respective rise 17.37%, 39.66%, 45.02% compared control cultures. pigment content tissue antioxidant activity (83.48%) was observed with presence mg/L iron.
