Currently, scientists are increasingly focusing on utilizing the natural flora of planet to search for and isolate individual bioactive substances that prevent various diseases, contribute increased life expectancy, affect all major life-supporting systems in human body. This study describes examination composition plant raw materials from Siberian Federal District. The research focuses specimens root parts Taraxacum officinale Arctium lappa, collected Kemerovo region. determines contents water-soluble vitamins B C subjects. investigation includes assessing antioxidant properties, antimicrobial activity, flavonoid content extracts based materials. All samples show a high percentage with highest activity T. at 85.51 A. lappa 88.97. results indicate low against Escherichia coli (growth inhibition zone up 15.5 mm). Plant contain significant amounts B-group vitamins, pyridoxine (156.40 μg/mL) thiamine (46.20 (357.10 lappa. Flavonoids (rutin quercetin) identified results.
