Nanoparticles are fundamental in nanotechnology, with their applications expanding rapidly due to unique optical, chemical, electrical, and mechanical properties. Metal oxide nanoparticles widely studied the abundance of natural precursors, environmental friendliness, affordability, favorable electrical optical In some cases, they also exhibit chemical stability. Recent advances synthesis methods, particularly sol-gel technique, have enabled precise control over nanoparticle size shape, offering benefits such as simplicity, low cost, lower processing temperatures. More recently, eco-friendly biosynthesis has garnered increasing attention its numerous advantages traditional physical which often involve hazardous expensive chemicals. Green using biological entities like plants, algae, bacteria, fungi, viruses offers several benefits. The use plant extracts, particular, is advantageous because readily available, safe handle, capable producing large quantities nanoparticles. They can act both reducing stabilizing agents during synthesis. This mini-review explores conventional green approaches for metal nanoparticles, focusing on CuO, Cu₂O, ZnO, TiO₂, MgO, NiO, an emphasis types plants used procedures employed obtain extracts.
