Nowadays, various 3D-Printer technologies are commercially available. However, those printers could only be used for a certain material provided by the printer manufacturers. For new material, commercial not employed directly and needs to modified its printing parameter has optimized fit property of material. This paper aimed find optimum parameters (print speed layer height) based on printability The that would developed was composite bioceramic powder (hydroxyapatite) polymer (collagen) in form slurry with ratios 99.84% (w/v) 0.16% (w/v). While machine modification cartridge container bracket. were height (0.65, 1.0, 1.35 mm) print (14.4, 25, 35.6 mm/min). Optimization Response Surface Method (RSM) 13 sets specimens. Data obtained analyzed using ANOVA. results show setup 10.009 mm/min 0.505 mm height, respectively from experiment 0.013 mm2 (0.59%) lower than permitted 5% (0.125 mm2).
