A
multimodal
emotion
recognition
method
that
utilizes
facial
expressions,
body
postures,
and
movement
trajectories
to
detect
fear
in
mice
is
proposed
this
study.
By
integrating
analyzing
these
distinct
data
sources
through
feature
encoders
attention
classifiers,
we
developed
a
robust
classification
model.
The
performance
of
the
model
was
evaluated
by
comparing
it
with
single-modal
methods,
results
showed
significant
accuracy
improvements.
Our
findings
indicate
fusion
enhanced
precision
detection,
achieving
86.7%.
Additionally,
impacts
different
monitoring
durations
frame
sampling
rates
on
achieved
were
investigated
provides
an
efficient
simple
solution
for
conducting
real-time,
comprehensive
animal
research,
potential
applications
neuroscience
psychiatric
studies.
