A fluorescent probe (probe 1) with selectivity and sensitivity for H2S N2H4 has been developed. Probe 1 exhibits dual-excitation dual-emission fluorescence response to enhancement toward distinct naked-eye color changes. Moreover, displayed low detection limits of 0.90 nM 23.6 nM, respectively. The reaction mechanism was established using 1H NMR HR-MS spectroscopy. Additionally, used monitoring differentiating in HeLa cells displays good biocompatibility cytotoxicity.
