Oxidative cell death is caused by an overproduction of reactive oxygen species and imbalance in the antioxidant defense system, leading to neuronal dysfunction death. The harm oxidative stress central nervous system (CNS) extensive complex, involving a variety molecular cellular level changes that may lead acute chronic brain pathologies, such as stroke, traumatic injury, or neurodegenerative diseases psychological disorders. This review provides in-depth look at mechanisms diseases. In addition, evaluated existing treatment strategies, including therapy, gene pharmacological interventions targeting specific signaling pathways, all aimed alleviating protecting nerve cells. We also discuss current advances challenges clinical trials, suggest new directions for future research, biomarker discovery, identification potential drug targets, exploration therapeutic techniques, with view providing more effective strategies CNS
