The destruction of the earth's ecosystems is most pressing issue globally. Carbon emissions account for nearly half global air pollution. Methane primary source ground-level ozone and a significant greenhouse gases (GHGs), with greater warming potential than carbon dioxide emissions. study examines impact different methane (released by agriculture, energy, industrial sectors), urbanization, natural resource depletion, livestock production on in panel selected Asian countries period 1971 to 2020. results show that energy associated emissions, production, urbanization are main detrimental factors environmental degradation across countries. causality estimates unidirectional relationship running from agriculture total production. forecasting suggest will likely increase over next ten years. concludes sector should adopt renewable sources its process minimize Urbanization excessive exploitation must be curtailed attain neutrality.
