Solid waste disposal and management have become a global problem, which is particularly tricky in China with its large population rapid urbanization. This study focused on the status of multi-source solid as well park some typical cities China. Firstly, main technical methods for were summarized follows: landfill, incineration, anaerobic digestion aerobic compost. Secondly, network analysis method was applied to seek an optimized management. Thirdly, demonstration parks analyzed their respective operating modes strategies synergistic development terms resources, environment economy explore sustainable potential Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao mode. The results showed that collaborative recycling are important (especially megacities) achieve resource conservation environmental protection. NIMBY effect pollution risks caused by decentralized construction could be reduced through circular industrial parks. Advanced technologies national policy small–medium cities, large–medium megacities systematically so self-operating mode Finally, reasonable suggestions, such sharing, saving cycling propaganda education, green low-carbon solutions put forward parks, effectively resolving contradiction between economic protection help urban development.

The influence of biochar on anaerobic digestion (AD) organic waste have been widely studied. However, the effect mitigation acidification and subsequently stimulation methanogenesis recovery during mono food (FW) process under a low inoculum to substrate (I/S) ratio (i.e. high loading) is rarely investigated. In this study, benefit with respect methane production from FW was explored in AD system four different additional amounts biochar, i.e. 0, 5, 10 15 g/L. Results revealed that boosted at I/S by 390-530% through stimulating methanogenic activity, improving organics removal enhancing stability. dosage g/L demonstrated highest biodegradability 92.3% specific 553.0 mL/g VS
