The
slow

the
large

are
technical
bottlenecks
in

wastewater.
Here,
we
first
proposed
to
domesticate
aerobic
denitrifying
bacteria
(ADB)
from
heterotrophic
autotrophic
by
electricity
(0.6
V)
under
zero
organic
source
conditions,
accelerate
shorten

while
increasing
biodegradation

Then
investigated

additionally
examined
integrated

system
with
composite
pollution.
It
was
demonstrated
that
compared
traditional
membrane
bioreactor
(MBR),
BEC
displayed
higher
efficiency.
Especially
at
C/N

0,
exhibited
a
NO3--N

2.71
%

4
h,
which
about
6.5
times
than
MBR.
Under
compound

condition,
still
maintained
high

greatly

In
addition,
in-situ
electrochemical
tests
showed
nitrate

be
directly
converted

using
electrons

successfully
as
terminal
acceptor.
