Their huge volume and environmental issues caused by improper treatment probably pose a massive threat to human health. These animal contain many valuable bioactive peptides can be used not only as nutrient substances but also primary functional ingredients industries, including agriculture, food, pharmaceuticals. However, advancement of value-added application within 10 years has elucidated yet.
