Considering the urgent need for alternative biorefinery schemes based on sustainable development, this review aims to summarize state-of-the-art in use of deep eutectic solvent pretreatment fractionate lignocellulose, with a focus lignin recovery. Producing of biofuels from lignocellulosic biomass, such as rice straw, has increased with the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and mitigate climate change. In this study, microwave-assisted dilute acid hydrolysis was optimized a method for enhancing bioconversion straw. Response Surface Methodology used investigate effects reaction time, temperature, catalyst concentration sugar yield. The conditions were determined be time 10 min, temperature 75 °C, 1.5 g/L, resulting in total yield 27.81 ± 0.73%. findings demonstrate potential an effective contributing development sustainable energy sources.
