With the growing demand for sustainable development, tobacco stalks, as a resource-rich and low-cost renewable resource, hold potential producing high-value chemicals materials within circular economy. Due to complex unique structure of stalk biomass, traditional methods are ineffective in its utilization, making pretreatment lignocellulose crucial step obtaining products. This paper reviews recent advancements various technologies lignocellulosic including hydrothermal, steam explosion, acid, alkaline, organic solvent, ionic liquid, deep eutectic solvent pretreatment. It emphasizes impact efficiency these on conversion biomass discusses advantages disadvantages each technique. Finally, forecasts future research directions lignocellulose, providing new insights enhancing efficient utilization.

Thermal weight loss behavior of tobacco stems is the key to studying chemical properties stalks. In this research, four steam explosion pressure gradients with three heating rates were investigated for pyrolysis characteristics stems. Three methods employed analyze reaction kinetics. The results showed that consists phases: dehydration, degradation, and carbonization. influence on thermal stability was as follows: 0.5 MPa > 0.2 0.8 block sample 1.1 MPa. followed first-order kinetics equation, experiments fit Kissinger Tang Hu-Gao-Zhang equation well. experimental provide a reference research subject
