The current study investigated the synergistic effect of waste glycerol and salinity on Scenedesmus obliquus cultivation for enhanced biomass biodiesel production. Optimal concentration was identified at 0.08 M supplementation, resulting in 23.1% significant increase productivity. However, higher concentrations resulted growth retardation. Salinity +200 % NaCl showed positive impact growth, with highest recorded dry weight 1.76 g/L productivity 0.206 g/L.day. further increases 53.4 reduction yield +800 compared to NaCl. combined treatment optimum different salinities (Glyc + Salin) superior performance up +600 NaCl, which confirmed mitigation inhibitory effects. Glyc Salin exhibited nitrogen phosphorus removal efficiencies (98.1 96.6 %, respectively day 8), (2.02 g/L), (0.231 g/L.day). Notably, lipid content increased 240.4 mg/g dw, reached 56.0 mg/L.day, representing 76.1 improvement over control. Biodiesel characteristics, including cetane numbers iodine values, also improvement, confirming potential sustainable microalgal
