Anthropogenic eutrophication is a worldwide problem, which easily induced by excessive nutrients of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P). In order to treat the simulated water (N 10 mg/L, P 0.5 mg/L), ex situ processes microalgal–bacterial granular sludge (MBGS) technology normal aerobic (AGS) were introduced compared in present study, using four parallel operated sequencing batch reactors (two for MBGS with illumination two AGS without illumination). Results showed that during 200 days cultivation, removal total inorganic (TIN) (TP) could both reach >80% MBGS, while ended up removing only 18.5–23.3% TIN 47.4–52.5% TP. The good N probably due large expansion filamentous algae phylum Cyanobacteria. Filamentous growth able largely enrich lipid content factor 3.4–4.1 AGS. Besides, suspended tests also conducted all reached relatively efficiency >69%. As result, proved have great potential remediation eutrophicated water, achieving excellent purification, promising prospects restoring contaminated bodies as an process.

Filamentous bacteria are one of the main components activated sludge microorganisms, which not only support flocculent in forming flocs but also easily lead to bulking. This article summarizes high-throughput sequencing technology and database construction that integrates FISH probe 16s rRNA gene filamentous bacteria. The detection frequency abundance were statistically analyzed determine core searchable NCBI belong six phyla 42 genera, with a total 94 species. expanded include Microthrix parvicella (M. parvicella), type 0092, Mycobacterium fortuitum, etc. physiological ecology is discussed detail, aiming establish targeted expansion control strategies, reduce incidence harm expansion, propose future research needs promote further development field environmental microbiology.
