Biological trickling filtration (BTF) has the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption, and sludge production, its application in treatment domestic wastewater rural areas been widely discussed. In this study, ceramic granule (R1), zeolite (R2), sponge (R3), three typical nitrogen phosphorus removal fillers, were selected to investigate differences performance COD, nitrogen, BTF, analyze characteristics fillers biofilm, determine simultaneous removal. The results show that among larger specific surface area roughness best effect on adhesion sewage biofilm. richness diversity microbial community are higher, system is more stable, with a COD rate 77.10 ± 8.67% an NH4+-N 75.20 6.64%. TP was 22.04 10.27%. particles showed regular cluster structure loose distribution. 78.49 6.92%, concentration effluent 27.95 8.23 mg/L, 38.83 12.14%. As polymer composite material, large internal pores smooth surface, which not conducive biofilm adhesion. Therefore, poor; 75.94 6.98%, 27.89 21.06%, 14.07 11.76%. Compared metabolic function genes, zeolites have stable enzyme digestion ability than other two genes related nitrification process (amo, hao, nxr, etc.) functional encoding key enzymes TCA cycle relatively abundant.
