Nucleic acids in the form of aptamers play a growing and significant role targeted rapid analysis environmental sample composition medical analyses. In this paper, review both synthesis methods as well application these short chain oligonucleotides (with critical comments on their strong weak features) are given. The first ones include: systematic evolution ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX), high throughput aptamer identification screen (HAPIscreen), non-equilibrium capillary electrophoresis equilibrium mixture (NECEEM). Afterwards, manuscript describes variety sensors biotests utilizing active part its action starting from electrochemical aptasensors, through optical to piezo-electric ones. Described present basic developments enzyme-linked apta-sorbent assays (ELASA) that can be performed with different variations (enzyme-linked assay (ELAA), oligonucleotide (ELONA) aptamer-linked immobilized sorbent (ALISA)). Next, presents advantages drawbacks recent aptameric versatile laboratory applications, namely ones, analytical bioassays. Utilitarian development aptasensors would strongly benefit an assembly interdisciplinary teams containing chemists, physicists, biologists, doctors, material electronic scientists, determine most effective methodologies.
