Fumonisin B1 (FB1), as one of the highest toxicity mycotoxins, poses a serious threat to animal and human health, even at low concentrations. It is significant challenging develop sensitive reliable analytical device. Herein, paper-based electrochemical aptasensor was designed utilizing tetrahedral DNA nanostructures (TDNs) controllably anchor an aptamer (Apt), improving recognition efficiency Apt its target. First, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)@MXenes were used sensing substrate with good conductivity modified on electrode for immobilization complementary DNA-TDNs (cDNA-TDNs). In absence FB1, numerous Apt-Au@Pt nanocrystals (NCs) hybridized cDNA assembled interface, which accelerated oxidation TMB H2O2 produced highly amplified differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) signal. When target FB1 specifically bound Apt, signal decreased by releasing NCs from double-stranded (dsDNA). On account strand displacement reaction triggering, had wider dynamic linear range (from 50 fg/mL 100 ng/mL) lower limit detection (21 fg/mL) under optimized conditions. More impressively, exhibited satisfactory performance in corn wheat samples. Therefore, TDN-engineered platform opens effective approach accurate analysis holding strong potential food safety public health.
