Abstract It is still a challenge to fabricate nanozymes with both of high catalytic activity and specificity. Herein, ligand engineering method developed osmium (Os) nanocluster‐Molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) heterostructure superior peroxidase‐specific activity. has been verified that polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as ligands can confine amorphous Os nanoclusters growing on the MoS nanosheet, mechanism studies indicated PVP acts appropriate size‐limiting reagent electronic transmission bridge between which synergistically improve Moreover, will not affect peroxidase‐mimic specificity ‐Os. Further, it found ‐Os possessed photothermal conversion efficiency, therefore, be used colorimetric dual‐mode tags. combined lateral flow strip established for breast cancer HER2 + exosomes detection sensitivity broader liner range, based interference‐free salivary glucose biosensor also LOD 0.1 µM, almost 100‐fold than Glucose Assay Kit. Therefore, this work ligand‐engineering strategy regulate nanocluster activity, multifunctional nanozyme accurate multimode biosensing in varies scenes.
