The complex mechanical system of a rice combine harvester not only has various excitation sources, but also, the vibration transmission path between each working device and contribution characteristics to frame are clear, so it is difficult perform reduction design for sharp frame. Therefore, based on comparison improvement multiple classical transfer analysis methods, this paper analyzed by discrete time matrix method operating method. In Experimental section, through characteristic experiment firstly, obtained power spectrum variation most needed optimized in under condition. Secondly, simulation exciting force, we damping areas that needs be optimized. Strong impacts and vibrations exist in various structures of rice combine harvesters harvesting, so the bolt connection structure on is prone to loosening failure, which would further affect service life working efficiency device structure. In this paper, based vibration signal acquisition experiment vibrating screen harvester, failure feature identification studied. Therefore, establishment a high-dimensional matrix multivariate fusion matrix, validity set was verified whale optimization algorithm. And then, SVM method mapping kernel functions, trained by LIBSVM classification decision model. The identify success rates time domain A, frequency B, WOA-VMD energy entropy C, normalized G are 64.44%, 74.44%, 81.11%, more than 90%, respectively, can reflect applicability state matrix. In this study, based on the principles of bionics, we fabricated a bionic non-smooth concave pit structure shoulders friction stir welding tools and detected thermal cycling curve, downforce, torque tool in process.
