Abstract The lipid composition and algal oil content in red macroalgae play a crucial role sustainable biofuel bioactive compound production. In the present study, various extraction methods including biomass pretreatment through ultrasonication conventional techniques such as Bligh & Dyer Soxhlet were employed for from Kappaphycus alvarezii . Among these methods, of combined with solvent (PT + SE) resulted highest yield 21.5% ± 0.38%, surpassing achieved by Bligh‐Dyer method BD) control method, which yielded 19.42% 0.1% 10.7% 0.15%, respectively. PT SE possesses lower values molecular weight, viscosity, density when compared to BD oil. trans‐esterified samples (T1) (T2) respectively demonstrated greater efficiency converting methyl esters, T2 achieving conversion rate 92% 0.21%, while T1 84.15% 0.15%. It was observed that had high scavenging 86.42% 0.22% indicating its significant ability neutralize free radicals. contrast, exhibited slightly 69.56% 0.1%, T2. sample remarkable proteinase inhibition 79.16% 0.18, comparable salicylic acid, presence potent anti‐inflammatory acid analogues Both lipid‐extracted (T1and T2) showcased antioxidant activities, demonstrating superior radicals enzymes.
