Abstract Calyptocarpus vialis ( C. ), a plant of Asteraceae family exhibits nutritional value, antioxidant properties and has potential for various other biomedical applications. The present study is focused to assess the antimicrobial, antidiabetic, anticancer extract its integration with computational studies. antimicrobial activity performed against Staphylococcus aureus S. Bacillus subtilis B. ) pseudomonas aeruginosa P. , Escherichia coli E. bacteria Saccharomyces cerevisiae Candida albicans fungi using disc diffusion method. Maximum Zone Inhibition (ZOI) 37±3.2 35±2.9 mm obtained respectively, whereas ZOI 39±2.8 at dose 500 μg/mL. shows strong α‐amylase inhibition IC 50 ~46.8±0.81 μg/mL inferring about antidiabetic potential. Anticancer checked HCT‐116 DU‐145 cell lines 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium‐bromide (MTT) assay, which excellent value 38.09±0.65 μg/ml 36.34±1.05 respectively. results are further verified studies considering interaction among phytochemicals selected targets. Extract found potent biological activities promising candidate development new drugs.
