Nursing students exhibit a higher incidence of mental disorders. Studies have identified psychological stress contributes to elevated depression symptoms through reappraisal cognitive in nursing students. However, there is little research exploring the knowledge regarding role ruminative thinking mediating associations between and symptoms. Guiding by non-hemostatic model control theory, study aims investigate chained mediation ruminate among undergraduates. A total 1,220 undergraduates were carried out stratified sampling from July December 2023 via online survey. The investigation adopted Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), Ruminative Response (RRS), Center for Epidemiologic Depression (CES-D) measure level stress, reappraisal, symptoms, respectively. In response to reports of people experiencing varying levels anxiety and depression during the outbreak COVID-19, researchers have argued that exposure related information on social media is a salient contributing factor. Based integrated model ruminative style diathesis–stress model, it has been suggested incorporating rumination mindfulness may elucidate potential mechanism underlying aforementioned association. This study aimed examine mediating role moderating in association between (SME) COVID-19 psychological distress. The results from online questionnaire responses 439 college students two universities Wuhan, Hubei Province, showed mediated SME Furthermore, was revealed as protective factor buffered adverse effect distress through rumination. The current study aims present a comprehensive evaluation of the literature examining relationship between exposure adversities, clinical outcomes in adulthood. Methods In accordance with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta‐Analyses (PRISMA) criteria, search was conducted on PubMed Ebsco. A manual reference lists also run. Search terms were ‘childhood adversity/childhood abuse/childhood neglect/early loss event AND worry or rumination’. Abstract This meta-analysis sought to expand upon neurobiological models of mindfulness through investigation inherent brain network connectivity outcomes, indexed via resting state functional (rsFC). We conducted a systematic review and rsFC as an outcome training (MT) relative control, with the hypothesis that MT would increase cross-network between nodes Default Mode Network (DMN), Salience (SN), Frontoparietal Control (FPCN) mechanism internally-oriented attentional control. Texts were identified from databases: MEDLINE/PubMed, ERIC, PSYCINFO, ProQuest, Scopus, Web Sciences; screened for inclusion based on experimental/quasi-experimental trial design use mindfulness-based interventions. RsFC effects extracted twelve studies (mindfulness n = 226; control 204). Voxel-based revealed significantly greater (MT > control) left middle cingulate ( Hedge’s g .234, p 0.0288, I 2 15.87), located within SN, posterior cortex, focal hub DMN. Egger’s test publication bias was nonsignificant, 2.17, 0.162. In support our hypothesis, results suggest targets internetwork (SN-DMN) implicated in flexible attention.

Higher Body Mass Index, belonging cluster 3 (restriction food intake rumination) 1 (maladaptive behavior compared 2 (normative thought) significantly related more dieting. activity index higher levels orthorexia nervosa tendencies. Conclusions demonstrated relationship activity, rumination, patterns including restriction intake, dieting, nervosa.
