Purpose
Currently,
many
studies
have
shown
an
increasing
interest
in
owner-dynamic
capabilities
(ODCs).
Existing
mainly
focus
on
the
dynamic
capability
basis
and
development
within
owner
organization,
whereas
they
rarely
analyze
mobilization
network
of
participants
megaprojects.
Therefore,
this
study
aims
to
explain
interaction
evolution
strategies
ODCs
cooperative
other
participants.
Design/methodology/approach
This
develops
a
tripartite
evolutionary
game
model
evolutionarily
stable
strategy
owner,
reciprocal
general
Results
are
numerically
simulated
with
validation
case.
The
asymptotic
stability

system.
Findings
suggests
that
resource
complementarity

reduces
difficulty
