Purpose Currently, many studies have shown an increasing interest in owner-dynamic capabilities (ODCs). Existing mainly focus on the dynamic capability basis and development within owner organization, whereas they rarely analyze mobilization network of participants megaprojects. Therefore, this study aims to explain interaction evolution strategies ODCs cooperative other participants. Design/methodology/approach This develops a tripartite evolutionary game model evolutionarily stable strategy owner, reciprocal general Results are numerically simulated with validation case. The asymptotic stability multiple group is discussed under replicator system. Findings suggests that resource complementarity significantly reduces difficulty mobilization. Moreover, these only effective sufficient ODCs. results indicate more sensitive change complementarity. Originality/value provides strategic guidance for mobilizing megaprojects better embrace uncertainty stress, contributing literature approach. And new insight reciprocity preference also provided.

The prefabricated building has been widely promoted in recent years as it can effectively alleviate the conflict between economic growth and environmental resources. However, development of fallen short anticipated goals under influence dynamic circumstances behavioral strategies multiple stakeholders. Understanding relevant stakeholders' collaborative evolution mechanisms is key to promoting buildings' orderly efficient development. Therefore, this study combines evolutionary game theory with system dynamics, introduces Gaussian white noise stochastic disturbance terms model complex characteristics multiagent behavior toward buildings, establishes models for local governments, contractors, consumers. Subsequently, influences strategy choice or without central government supervision were analyzed driving mechanism buildings effects market. findings research underscore necessity market collaboration championing sustainable buildings. The utilization of resources plays a crucial role in mitigating the environmental pollution issue that improper disposal construction and demolition waste (CDW) causes. However, slow growth recycled building materials market limits development CDW resource utilization. Green value co-creation among remanufacturers, enterprises, public projects is an effective way to address issue. This study, based on theory co-creation, uses evolutionary game method construct model for projects. main conclusions are as follows: (1) When degree green 0.1 or 0.5, remanufacturer, enterprise, cannot maintain state co-creation; when 0.9, project finally reach stable co-creation. (2) enhancing willingness remanufacturer can lead other stakeholders participate study contributes promotion stakeholder cooperation projects, thus providing implications resources.

This study introduces an evolutionary game model to investigate the strategic interaction among government regulatory agencies, shopping center investors, and tenants in global energy-saving renovation market. The focus is on three innovative aspects. Firstly, reveals that positive tenant behavior can stimulate investors’ participation projects by triggering potential market demand, thereby establishing a dynamic balance between supply demand. viewpoint has been previously overlooked energy research. Secondly, demonstrates transformation of strategies. In early stages development, direct intervention through subsidies penalties crucial, decisions are constrained both returns costs. When exceed cost premium, investors actively participate, policy incentives lower barriers promote expansion. As matures, transition toward guidance optimizes sustainable outcomes. Thirdly, extensive numerical simulations have confirmed existence multiple stable equilibrium states under different incentive conditions, providing new evidence for stability adaptability These findings significantly advance theoretical understanding multi-stakeholder interactions green building provide practical developing adaptive effective frameworks.
