Background The impact of phosphate mining development on surface water pollution and ecological disasters is a highly concerned issue in global activities. With the increasing demand for fertilizers, environmental becoming increasingly prominent, especially Mabian Jinyang area Sichuan Province. This study aims to analyze mechanisms impacts caused by development, evaluate risks heavy metal bodies. Method We conducted systematic assessment Province using chemical analysis potential risk index (PERI) method. total region approximately 6,400 square kilometers. sample collection at 367 sampling points from January 2020 December 2021. By collecting samples different work areas, measuring content elements phosphorus samples, quantitatively evaluating threat aquatic ecosystem. Result research results show that area, both element indicators exhibit point pollution, concentration body varies greatly with seasons. One main reasons excessive collapse geological non-standard stacking slag gangue piles area. In addition, terms hazards, it positively correlated degree higher greater hazards. Although hazards various metals bodies are not high overall, there still some areas mild moderate as well very few strong These mainly affected Cd As elements. Meaning findings this article provide valuable information enterprises organizations, promoting balance between protection, driving activities towards more sustainable direction. identifying characteristics risks, provides theoretical support future management control measures areas.

The equity of mandatory building energy efficiency design standards (BEEDSs) has not received sufficient attention, for there is little study emphasizing the between rich and poor from perspective policies. Therefore, this aimed at evaluating heterogeneous effect BEEDSs on consumption households with varying incomes based household-level data (n = 1196) Chongqing in China. indicates that actual high-income group 47%, whereas those middle- low-income groups are 32% 25%, respectively, compared to absence BEEDSs. Furthermore, energy-saving benefits approximately twice poor. Also, Lorenz curve used describe inequality distribution benefits, showing coefficient 0.25. This provides a strong reference research policy-making related efficiency.
