Previous studies show that blue-enriched white (BWL) has significant human bodies, but only a few have specifically examined its in young children. Moreover, due to physiological differences between children adults, findings from BWL adults cannot be directly applied Therefore, investigating living indoor environments is crucial. We recruited 24 preschool (age: 5 ± 0.8 years; 12 girls boys) participate within-subject, randomized crossover study involving common (CWL) (450 lx, Melanopic EDI: 354.04 lx) 746.05 kindergarten playroom. Under different conditions, underwent tests for cardiac activity critical flicker fusion frequency (CFF), as well psychomotor vigilance task (PVT) ruler drop test (RDT). The results indicated had Compared CWL exposure, exposure significantly improved activity, alertness, neuromuscular response slightly increased visual fatigue. Our reveals potential improve cognitive functions, particularly response. This broadens understanding lighting provides theoretical basis designing healthy environment
