Preschool children, who spend most of their time indoors, and the effects artificial light on children's health performance are important. Previous studies show that blue-enriched white (BWL) has significant human bodies, but only a few have specifically examined its in young children. Moreover, due to physiological differences between children adults, findings from BWL adults cannot be directly applied Therefore, investigating living indoor environments is crucial. We recruited 24 preschool (age: 5 ± 0.8 years; 12 girls boys) participate within-subject, randomized crossover study involving common (CWL) (450 lx, Melanopic EDI: 354.04 lx) 746.05 kindergarten playroom. Under different conditions, underwent tests for cardiac activity critical flicker fusion frequency (CFF), as well psychomotor vigilance task (PVT) ruler drop test (RDT). The results indicated had Compared CWL exposure, exposure significantly improved activity, alertness, neuromuscular response slightly increased visual fatigue. Our reveals potential improve cognitive functions, particularly response. This broadens understanding lighting provides theoretical basis designing healthy environment

La calidad del sueño en los estudiantes es un factor esencial que influye el correcto desarrollo de procesos cognitivos aprendizaje, así como la vida y salud mental física futuros profesionales. Objetivo: Evaluar relación entre ansiedad, depresión carrera Odontología Universidad Nacional Altiplano Puno. Materiales métodos: Estudio tipo observacional cohorte transversal con participación 78 estudiantes, edad promedio 22.63±2.87 años, una distribución género 32 varones (41,0 %) 46 mujeres (59,0 %). Se utilizó escala valoración Hamilton para evaluación ansiedad depresión, consistencia interna ? = 0,88 0,86, respectivamente cuestionario Pittsburgh medir índice (? 0,87). Resultados: En modelo predictivo coeficientes estandarizados señalan psíquica -,870; p<0,001), ,119; p<0,05) prácticas clínicas -0,019; fueron factores más contribuyeron significativamente al estudiantes. Conclusión: Estos hallazgos subrayan importancia abordar problemas parte integral tratamiento además resaltar necesidad tener cuenta manejo trastornos sueño.
