Traditional concrete structures are frequently linked to poor energy efficiency and substantial heat loss, which pose significant environmental issues. To enhance thermal insulation reduce the use of precast insulated walls is suggested. This research introduces a new energy-efficient panel (PCP). We explored various material combinations, including air bubbles, nano microsilica compound (NMC), powder (NMP), latex, determine most effective formulation. A total 99 tests were performed assess compressive strength samples, with 28 selected for conductivity evaluations at temperatures 300 °C 400 based on satisfactory results. The results indicated that optimal mix 4% bubbles 13% NMC achieved lowest conductivities 1.31 W/m·K 1.20 °C, respectively, showing improvement ratios 7% 15.5% compared baseline tests. Additionally, included latex did not meet standards. combinations identified in this can be effectively utilized PCPs, resulting savings. It expected stakeholders green building sector will recognize these proposed PCPs as practical solution advance sustainable environmentally friendly construction practices.
