The terms “Industry 5.0” and “smart logistics” have recently emerged as key concepts within the field of logistics. Nevertheless, interconnection between these two has been less extensively examined in academic literature, particularly context emerging economies. In contemporary business context, logistics industry is seeking to advance sustainable development through implementation Industry 5.0. However, still its nascent stages realizing transformation smart Accordingly, objective this study identify drivers 5.0 relation advancement study, initial screening identification 15 core was conducted using fuzzy Delphi method. This involved collation relevant literature collection opinions from experts field. identified were then classified into three groups: sustainability, people-centricity, resilience. Subsequently, adopted Grey-DEMATEL method, which combines grey system theory with decision making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) technology. approach enables effective resolution complex issues characterized by uncertainty incomplete information, facilitating causal relationships construction a centrality–causality outcome diagram. drivers: “government support policies” “logistics standardization infrastructure development”. represents preliminary investigation ways managers, practitioners policy makers can leverage industry.
