In an era where digital technologies significantly influence children’s lives globally, promoting responsible citizenship is crucial to equip them with the skills navigate world safely and responsibly. This study examines integration current state of Digital Citizenship Education (DCE) in Saudi Arabian elementary schools, assessing its alignment international standards identifying local challenges faced by educators, pedagogical strategies used. Employing a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data was collected through surveys from 398 teachers qualitative insight gained semi-structured interviews 15 teachers. Quantitative analysis employed descriptive statistics multivariate variance (MANOVA) explore demographic influences on DCE practices. The findings reveal strong emphasis Emotional Intelligence Security, Privacy, Health Wellness; however, significant gaps exist Participation Agency, Footprint Identity. These are attributed factors such as insufficient teacher training, lack effective structured guidelines, resources. Introduction This study investigates the relationships between digital transformation (DT), challenging appraisal (CA), organizational culture support (OCS), transformational leadership style (TLS), and employee innovative behavior (EINB) in Brazzaville’s banking sector.
