Abstract This paper portrays the role of interplay between artificial intelligence and human resources as evidenced by an extensive review academic literature. The study investigated 402 abstracts scholarly articles published in Business Management Accounting domain Scopus database spanning from 2000 to 2023. Using QDA Miner 2024, a novel approach based on content, link, proximity analysis was employed conduct literature review. Three major findings were revealed our investigation. First, while codes such ‘AI’ ‘employees’ dominate discourse, there is evolving trend toward more sophisticated analyses AI-human interactions, including their impact business strategies performance. Second, research methods show significant diversification over time, going descriptive approaches quantitative qualitative methodologies. Third, several areas appear lack focus, connection employee recruitment future career paths with AI progress. contribute understanding how technological revolution shapes operations, particularly workforce management, highlighting need for structural reforms organizational adoption, provide valuable insights both scholars practitioners interested integration resource management.

Abstract Researchers have significantly explored language learners' attitudes toward ChatGPT through the lens of technology acceptance models, particularly with its development and integration into computer-assisted learning (CALL). However, further research in this area is necessary to apply a theoretical framework pedagogical-oriented perspective. Therefore, study, researchers utilized students' approaches environment (SAL) extended it by incorporating multilevel perspective that encompasses contextual, individual, ChatGPT-related factors. Accordingly, integrated their syllabus guided learners three universities Ardabil City use during academic year 2023–2024. In end, 214 participants answered study questionnaire. The result partial least squares modeling (PLS-SEM), Importance performance map analysis (IPMA) showed leadership, where university executive provides atmosphere for norms integration, could shape learners’ organizing approach using daily schedule. Additionally, personalization anthropomorphism were among significant factors shaped deep as source meaningful, cross-referenced CALL tool. low feedback reliability, privacy concerns, ChatGPT's perceived value contributed surface minimizing ChaGPT-related factor. On basis these findings, introduces new conceptual artificial intelligence (AILL) suggests leadership should be promoted at macro-contextual level might cover other micro-contextual, personal, factors, including price-value, personalization, motivation, which are important elements CHAGPTALL.

ABSTRACT Immersive learning plays a crucial role in effective second language (L2) acquisition, but many learners face limited opportunities to interact with native speakers. While existing research highlights the importance of immersion L2 learning, there is still gap understanding how Generative AI (GenAI) can provide greater access such immersive environments. This study aims address this by exploring factors influencing GenAI‐mediated learning. Drawing upon cognitive‐affective model control‐value theory, and technology acceptance model, examined impact cognitive (e.g., perceived ease use usefulness) affective enjoyment boredom) on immersion, using sample 460 Chinese college learners. Structural equation modelling Amos 24 was applied analyse data, yielding several key findings. (i) Perceived positively predicted usefulness had no direct effect or boredom. (ii) influenced while negatively affecting (iii) Enjoyment positive predictor whereas boredom significant effect. (iv) Mediation analysis revealed that indirectly through not combination usefulness. The concludes implications for practice suggestions future research.

This study examines the potential of generative artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance Chinese poetry instruction by investigating its impact on students' learning interest, collaborative perception, and writing abilities. Through AI's text-to-image image-to-poetry translation capabilities, research explores how AI-generated visuals can deepen understanding poetic imagery foster creative expression in writing. Using a mixed-methods approach, analyzes pre-test, mid-test, post-test assessments, student surveys, student-generated evaluate effectiveness this innovative pedagogical approach.
