In this paper, we conduct a detailed in silico study of the role topological features electronic transport properties all-carbon films. To create film supercells, used AA- and AB-stacked bilayer graphene, as well (5,5), (6,0), (16,0), (12,6), (8,4) single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). For first time, simultaneous influence several on quantum electrons graphene–nanotube films are considered. Topological understood type (chiral or achiral), stacking order graphene (AA AB), mutual orientation nanotubes. A characteristic feature studied is presence electrical conductivity anisotropy. Moreover, depending films, values resistance can differ by tens times different directions electron transport. The patterns formation profile transmission function structural configurations established. It found that plays an important obtained results make significant contribution to understanding mechanisms controlling at atomic level.
