Chemical analyses complex interesting branched heptasaccharidic repeating unit, containing variety sugar moieties, including Rha, Fuc, GlcN, Fuc4N, Gal, Man QuiN an important extended substitution pattern, acetyl lactyl groups. Additionally, conformational analysis using dynamics simulation showed hydrophobic interface distinctly elongated, left-handed helicoidal arrangement. Furthermore, saccharide chain, likely huge pattern prevented interaction recognition lectins possessed low immunogenic potential, highlighting potential role Root935 plant-microbial crosstalk.
