Bone and cartilage regeneration is an area of tremendous interest need in health care. Tissue engineering a potential strategy for repairing regenerating bone defects. Hydrogels are among the most attractive biomaterials tissue engineering, mainly due to their moderate biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, 3D network structure. Stimuli-responsive hydrogels have been hot topic recent decades. They can respond external or internal stimulation used controlled delivery drugs engineering. This review summarizes current progress use stimuli-responsive regeneration. The challenges, disadvantages, future applications briefly described.

Abstract Nanocellulose (NC), due to its sustainable nature, high aspect ratio, superior mechanical strength, and availability of functionalizable OH groups, has been widely utilized as reinforcement in numerous fluids/plastics. The physico‐chemical properties NC, like surface characteristics, dimensions/aspect ratio their concentration, significantly impact the interparticle interactions, such extent hydrogen bonding, van der Waal forces, hydrophobicity, electrostatic attraction/repulsion, cellulose entanglement, have found play a critical role regulating overall rheological characteristics fluids. functionalized NC aqueous suspension exhibited unique shear thinning properties, thixotropic behavior, quick steady‐state viscosity recovery viscoelastic properties. However, upon adding other fluids, different was noticed. For instance, it improved viscosity, G′ stability bio‐ink; setting time strength cementitious fluids; increased filtration performance provided thermo‐thickening case water‐based drilling‐fluid; enhanced with heat oil recovery, so forth. Keeping view notable dependence rheology fluids on additives, present review article, various additives behavior utility modifier multiple advanced fields explored. This compared previous studies, warrants an update recent functionalization/blending techniques employed specific
