Given that the preparation method of polysaccharides affects functional properties, four types acidic (BCP30-1a, BCP50-1a, BCP70-1a, and BCP90-1a) were prepared using gradient ethanol precipitation method. Then, a series chemical instrumental analysis techniques used to compare structural characteristics morphology. Neuroprotective effects explored OGD/R-induced PC12 cells. The results showed BCP30-1a, BCP90-1a had similar characteristic groups contained both β-glycosidic α-glycosidic bonds. Their molecular weights, in descending order, 198.398 kDa, 184.690 184.556 184.217 respectively. In addition, different proportions glycosidic bonds, namely, Manp-(1→, →5)-Araf-(1→, →3)-Galp (or GalAp)-(1→, →4)-Glcp-(1→ →3,6)-Galp-(1→. BCP30-1a also certain proportion Galp-(1→, each polysaccharide microscopic good thermal stability. Finally, exhibited cytoprotective on cells based OGD/R model. These findings provide novel regulatory strategy for activity BCPs offer scientific evidence supporting application research field ischemic stroke.

We aimed to investigate the effects of Salvianolic acid A (SA), an active ingredient Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, on proliferation, metastasis and CD40-AKT-NF-κB signalling pathway in endometrial carcinoma (EC). Human EC cell lines (Ishikawa HEC-1A) were treated with varying concentrations SA, CD40 soluble ligand (sCD40L) or a combination both. Cell viability, invasion migration assessed using MTT, colony formation transwell assays. Flow cytometry was used analyse apoptosis cycle progression. qRT-PCR evaluated mRNA level CD40. The protein expression CD40, p-AKT, p-mTOR, p-p65, p52 via Western blot immunofluorescence. subcutaneous tumour model examine impact SA growth, followed by immunohistochemical analysis Ki-67, p-AKT p-mTOR. treatment reduced migration, while also triggering inducing arrest G0/G1 phase dose-dependent way. These correlated marked downregulation p-p65 expression. Conversely, activation sCD40L promoted malignancy overturned anti-tumour cells. Additionally, suppressed growth xenograft mouse models, along levels Ki67, tissues, which counteracted co-treatment. effectively suppresses progression targeting pathway.

Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is the second most prevalent form of skin cancer. An increasing number cSCCs are associated with dysregulation key molecules that control homeostasis. These observations have increased interest in role neurotrophins and their receptors pathogenesis cSCC. They been demonstrated to a considerable impact on aggressiveness potential cancer by both vitro vivo models. In this context, mouse models classically used dissect proliferation versus differentiation balance, but they some limitations terms time, space, costs.
