Abstract Nanocellulose (CNF) as a stabilizer for Pickering emulsions has been widely interested in food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. However, cellulose crystal types have less studied on the emulsification properties of emulsions. Hydrogels have emerged as promising sensors for detecting heavy metal ions in fluids and been extensively developed. However, monitoring of multiple target analytes Chinese herbs remains challenging due to subtle chemical signals the complex composition extracted solutions. To address these challenges, we developed a hydrogel optofluidic sensor amplify analyte through strong light-matter interactions within hydrogel. This sensing platform integrates film encapsulated whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) microcavity detection ions, such Pb2+ Hg2+. The 3D cross-linked hydrophilic polymer network facilitates ion penetration from solutions, inducing distinct WGM resonance shifts. red shift spectral wavelength serves parameter quantify content ions. By modification with aptamers, achieve high sensitivity selectivity. Finally, platform's performance was demonstrated using varying concentrations, highlighting its practical applicability real-world scenarios. proposed exhibit method development functional healthcare applications.
