/ZnO
heterostructures
are
constructed
by
the
growth
of
layer
onto
spin‐coated
ZnO
films
a
modified
antisolvent
recrystallization
method,
series
heterojunction
photodetectors
(PDs)
with
varied
times
fabricated.
The
construction
contributes
to
their
improved
photoelectric
performance
compared
ZnO‐based
PD,
and
thickness
plays
an
important
role
in
tuning
these
PDs.
At
405
nm
0
V
bias,
optimized
6‐Cs
PD
generates
high
photocurrent
−3.03
µA,
medium
on/off
ratio
144.3,
short
response
time
16.4
ms/16.8
ms.
It
also
exhibits
superior
dual‐band
self‐powered
photoresponse
two
responsivity
detectivity
peaks
at
380
UV
region
430
visible
light
region.
