Since
the
outbreak
of
new
coronavirus,
point-of-care
diagnostics
based
on
nucleic
acid
testing
have
become
a
requirement
for
development
pathogen
diagnostics,
which
require
ability
to
accurately,
rapidly,
and
conveniently
detect
pathogens.
Conventional
amplification
techniques
no
longer
meet
requirements
detection
in
low-resource,
low-skill
environments
because
they
specialist
equipment,
complex
operations,
long
times.
Therefore,
recombinant
polymerase
(RPA)
is
becoming
an
increasingly
important
method
today’s
technology
it
can
amplify
acids
20–30
minutes
at
constant
temperature,
greatly
reducing
dependence
equipment
technicians.
RPA
products
are
primarily
detected
through
methods
such
as
real-time
fluorescence,
gel
electrophoresis,
lateral
flow
assays
(LFAs),
other
techniques.
Among
these,
LFAs
allow
rapid
within
visualization
results,
offering
convenient
operation
low
cost.
combination
with
LFA
has
significant
advantages

broad
application
prospects

low-resource
