Perceived risk and fear of recurrence in patients with breast cancer (BC) is a matter concern may affect their health behaviours ability to participate decision making during treatment. This survey aimed examine perceptions concerns HER2+ BC. A multi-country, non-interventional, direct-to-patient online was conducted between July 22, 2022 March 1, 2023 six European countries using multi-modal recruitment approach. Out 622 included patients, 96.8 % desired involvement treatment decisions, 58.5 felt they had significant influence the decision-making process. total 20.9 were unaware personal recurrence, 19.5 reported not discussing this healthcare providers. The disease death, failure identified as most important concerns. Moreover, 30.4 perceived clear communication providers on recurrence. 64.5 willing take extra treatments, 60.2 undergo more surgery reduce 68.5 accept further treatments even if decreased by less than 50 %. Results multinational study examining women underscore need for physicians proactively involve process, enabling them patient-centred approach decisions.
