CD3 + CD20 T cells (TB cells) are a subset of lymphocytes in the human body that associated with inflammation. They originate from interacting B cells, and their levels abnormally elevated individuals immune disorders, as well some cancer patients. The interplay between tumor immunity inflammation is intricate, yet specific involvement TB local remains uncertain, limited research on subtypes. Lung surgical samples were stained using multi-color immunofluorescence to study subtypes distribution patterns cells. confirmed exist scattered pattern within tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) lung tissues, higher abundance mature TLS. In subtype analysis, CD4-CD8- double-negative cell was predominant, comprising over 90% abundant TLS infiltration 60% poor infiltration. This followed by CD4 CD8- CD4-CD8 single-positive subtypes, while CD8 double-positive nearly absent. During maturation TLS, proportion gradually increased, decreased. extensively infiltrate regions being potentially playing crucial regulatory role microenvironment. finding could facilitate advancement novel treatment strategies.

Anti-tumor immunity, including innate and adaptive immunity is critical in inhibiting tumorigenesis development of tumor. The needs specific lymph organs such as tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs), which are highly correlated with improved survival outcomes many cancers. In recent years, increasing attention on the TLS tumor microenvironment, TLSs have emerged a novel target for anti-tumor therapy. Excitingly, studies shown contribution to immune responses. However, it unclear how form more effectively defense against through formation. Recent that inflammation plays role Interestingly, also found gut microbiota can regulate occurrence inflammation. Therefore, we here summarize potential effects microbiota- mediated or immunosuppression formation environments. Meanwhile, this review explores manipulate mature regulating microbiota/metabolites associated signal pathways potentially lead next-generation cancer immunotherapy.

Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a high-risk malignancy. Telomeres- (TRGs) and aging-related genes (ARGs) play an important role in cancer progression prognosis. This study aimed to develop novel prognostic model combined TRGs ARGs signatures predict the prognosis of patients with LUAD. LUAD patient's sample data clinical were obtained from public databases. The was constructed evaluated using least absolute shrinkage selection operator (LASSO), multivariate Cox analysis, time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (ROC), Kaplan-Meier (K-M) analysis. Immune cell infiltration levels assessed single-sample gene set enrichment analysis (ssGSEA). Antitumor drugs significant correlations between drug sensitivity expression identified CellMiner database. distribution immune cells subsequently analyzed based on TISCH eight that are significantly associated could serve as independent factors, low-risk group demonstrating more favorable outcome. Additionally, comprehensive nomogram developed, showing high degree predictive value. results ssGSEA indicated had higher infiltration. Ultimately, our findings revealed exhibited heightened Linsitinib, whereas demonstrated enhanced OSI-027 drug. risk score robust capabilities, offering insights for assessing immunotherapy. will provide new direction achieve personalized precise treatment future.

Abstract Anti‐glioma immunotherapy is highly challenging, largely due to poor immune infiltration and restricted delivery, resulting in patient prognosis. Recent studies suggest that mature tertiary lymphoid structures (mTLSs) promote cell into solid tumors, associated with enhanced response better However, the formation visualization of mTLSs becomes extremely difficult from lack tissue microenvironment brain parenchyma. Herein, theranostic nanoprobes consisting FITC‐HFe₃O₄@Gd (MRI/FI tracer) internally loaded chemokines CXCL13 CCL12 are specifically designed be internalized by dendritic cells (DCs) biomimetic nanosystem. Subsequently, labeled DCs integrated follicular (fDC) network crossing high endothelial venules (HEVs), enabling noninvasive (e.g., maturation, location, density) DC tracer technology. Interestingly, released stimulate generation “immune trafficking bridge” centripetal redistribution effector lymphocytes (B220⁺ B CD8⁺ T cells) within glioma, thereby further enhancing adaptive responses effectively inhibiting glioma progression vivo. Consequently, this innovative nanostrategy combining MRI/FI tracing enables assessment prediction beneficial for clinical translation.
