Natural enzyme mimics have attracted attention as alternatives to natural peroxidases. Among these, magnetic nanoparticles, especially ferrites, because of their unique electronic and physical structures, which are expected be applied in various fields, including high-frequency materials, biomaterials, gas sensors, semiconductor photocatalysts. The structural properties the synthesized catalysts were investigated using X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy. prepared CoFe2O4 exhibited a spinel ferrite structure formed wood-flake-like bulk structure. In this study, was precipitation method mimetic. showed excellent peroxidase-like activity, demonstrated by Michaelis–Menten constant (Km) maximum velocity (Vmax). linear ranges calibration curves for H2O2 glucose range 0–500 µM, detection limits 1.83 5.91 respectively. This analytical determination human serum, results satisfactory consistent with certified values. performance sensor comparable or superior those several other sensors commonly used analysis, indicating that its practical application is feasible.

Vase life directly affects the ornamental value of cut flowers, and extending vase has been a research focus in floriculture industry. The antioxidant antimicrobial properties Nano-Se provide new direction to extend cut-flower life. In order explore postharvest quality on roses, this study treated roses with different concentrations (200, 400, 600 mM) using commercially available preservative solution as base solution. results showed that appropriate significantly increased helped maintain high petal moisture content. at 200, mM extended by 4.3, 5.7, 3.7 d, respectively. As period extended, treatment group effectively delayed decline enzyme activities such peroxidase (POD) catalase (CAT), maintained soluble sugar (SS) protein (SP) contents inhibited production malondialdehyde (MDA) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), reducing their accumulation. A correlation analysis physiological indexes was positively correlated POD CAT activities, SS SP contents, total phenolic acid content negatively MDA H2O2 contents. This provides solid theoretical basis for diversification preservatives development fresh-cut which is expected significant economic benefits.
