Objective
To
assess
maternal
antibody
response
to
Severe
Acute
Respiratory
Syndrome
Coronavirus
2
(SARS-CoV-2)
infection
during
pregnancy

subsequent
transplacental

Belakang

Introduction:

врачей

COVID-19-инфекции.
Ряд
вопросов
имеется
и
у
неонатологов.
С
учетом
полученных
ранее
данных
о
повышении
перинатальной
смертности,
возрастании
частоты
преждевременных
родов,
выкидышей,
случаев
преэклампсии
экстренного
кесарева
сечения,
если
во
время
беременности
имелись
SARS
MERS,
вполне
закономерна
постановка
вопроса
возможном
неблагоприятном
влиянии
новой
коронавирусной
инфекции
COVID-19
на
внутриутробное
развитие
плода,
исход
состояние
здоровья
новорожденного
после
рождения
в
неонатальном
периоде.
Случаи
вертикального
пути
передачи
новорожденным
редки
составляют
примерно
2%.
Играют
роль
передаче
материнские
факторы.
Риск
от
матери
ребенку
возрастает
при
тяжелом
течении
беременной.
Для
новорожденных
характерна
вариабельность
клинической
картины
бессимптомной
до
респираторных
кардиоваскулярных
нарушений,
нарушения
терморегуляции,
диспепсических
расстройств:
срыгивание,
рвота,
парез
кишечника,
диарея.

Kehamilan

responden
pemilihan

Analisa
data
dilakukan
menggunakan
uji
statistic
spss,
hasil
didapatkan
domisili
sebesar
86,7%,
adanya
usia
berusia
26
–
30
tahun
44,3%,
tingkat
pendidikan
tinggi
47,8%,
kehamilan
mayoritas
trimester
2
41,6%
kunjungan
kali
40,7%,
pengetahuan
70,9%,
sikap
positif
61,1%
dan
perilaku
baik
61,9%.
Direkomendasikan
kepada
tenaga
pelayanan
kesehatan
agar
dapat
memfasilitasi
khusus
media
elektronik
guna
mempermudah
ke
kesehatan.
