Dual-mode bioanalysis integrating photoelectrochemical (PEC) and other modes is emerging allows signal cross-checking for more reliable results. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been shown to be attractive materials in various biological applications. This work presents the utilization of MOF encapsulation stimuli-responsive decapsulation dual-mode PEC fluorescence (FL) bioanalysis. Photoactive dye methylene violet (MV) was encapsulated zeolitic imidazolate framework-90 (ZIF-90) form an MV@ZIF-90 hybrid material, MV could released by adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-induced ZIF-90 disintegration. The not only had FL emission but also a sensitization effect on ZnIn2S4 (ZnInS) photoanode. Based MV-dependent characteristic, PEC-FL strategy established ATP detection with low limits, that is, 3.2 4.1 pM detection, respectively. study features will inspire construction implementation smart

Abstract Mycotoxin contamination in foods and other goods has become a broad issue owing to serious toxicity, tremendous threat public safety, terrible loss of resources. Herein, it is necessary develop simple, sensitive, inexpensive, rapid platforms for the detection mycotoxins. Currently, limitation instrumental chemical methods cannot be massively applied practice. Immunoassays are considered one best candidates toxin due their simplicity, rapidness, cost‐effectiveness. Especially, field dual‐mode immunosensors corresponding assays rapidly developing as an advanced intersected technology. So, this review summarized types principles single‐mode including optical electrical recent years, then focused on integrated combined detect mycotoxins, well combination with portable device point‐of‐care test. The remaining challenges were discussed aim stimulating future development accelerate transformation scientific laboratory technologies into easy‐to‐operate platforms.
