Abstract Despite the synthesis of numerous cationic metal‐organic frameworks (CMOFs), their counter anions have been primarily limited to inorganic Cl − , NO 3 ClO 4 BF and Cr 2 O 7 2− which weak coordination abilities. In this study, a series new CMOFs is synthesized using azolates with strong abilities as anions, are exclusively employed ligands for coordinating metals. Owing unique nitrogen‐rich composition azolates, demonstrate significant potential high‐energy‐density materials. Notably, CMOF(CuTNPO) has an exceptionally high heat detonation 7375 kJ kg −1 surpassing even that state‐of‐art CL‐20 (6536 ). To further validate advantages employing analogues serving also synthesized. The comparison study indicates encapsulating within confers both energy safety properties. X‐ray data quantum calculations indicate enhanced performance stems from stronger H─bonds π–π interactions. A number of polycyclic azole systems on the 1,1'-dinaphthylmethane and rccc, rctt resorcinarene platforms were formed, isolated in high yields, characterized. The products include homofunctionalized derivatives containing 2, 4, or 8 functional branches with terminal tetrazole groups; heterofunctionalized two heterocycles, triazole tetrazole, each substituent present structure; hybrid derivative cyclophosphate moieties located horizontally arranged benzene rings triazolyltetrazole vertical rings. Using UV spectrophotometric titration, it was shown that title compounds possess complexing properties towards d- (Cu2+, Ag+) f- (Tb3+, Yb3+) metal cations; composition complexes association constants are determined by platform structure type heterocyclic groups.
