The success of platinum-based chemotherapeutic drugs for clinical cancer treatments has inspired tremendous research efforts on developing new metallic anticancer agents with improved cytotoxic activity and reduced side effects. 2,2′;6′,2″-Terpyridine its 4′-substituted derivatives have showed great potential as ligand compartments designing drug candidates involving base metals. In this work, we synthesized a series cobalt iron coordination compounds based 4′-pyridyl-2,2′;6′,2″-terpyridine, including homoleptic complexes, dinuclear bridged complex 1- 2-dimensional polymers/networks. polymorphism two CoII FeII complexes been described along the structural characterization polymer FeIII by X-ray crystallography. These were tested preliminarily precatalysts regioselective hydrosilylation styrene. Their activities against human breast cell lines (MCF-7 MDA-MB 468) normal epithelial line (MCF-10A) investigated in order to observe best-performing candidates.

Abstract In this work, through a facile liquid–liquid (L–L) interfacial-assisted synthesis at room temperature, new two-dimensional (2D) metal coordination nanosheet Co-TPY-LB has been synthesized by the between Co 2+ ion and 1,3,5-tris(4′-tripyridinylphenyl)benzene (Tris-tpy). The flat smooth sheet structure with thickness of 83.3 nm hexagonal lattice spacing about 0.206 for as-fabricated identified AFM HRTEM respectively, providing large number redox sites diffusion channels. fabricated have used as electrodes exhibit highest capacity 2741.5 F g −1 current density 1 A , an excellent cycling stability 97.6% retention after 1000 cycles 10 . Meanwhile, assembled asymmetric supercapacitor positive electrode shows high energy 73.6 Wh kg power 4800 W well cycle 92.9% 5000 cycles. The synergy between nanomaterials as solid supports and supramolecular concepts has resulted in with hierarchical structure enhanced functionality. Herein, we developed investigated innovative functionalities arising from the organic moieties preexisting nanoscale soft material backbones. Based on these complex molecular nano-architectures, a new nanorod carbohydrate polymer carrier was designed bifunctional hairy nanocellulose (BHNC) to reveal dual-responsive advanced drug delivery (ADD). This scavenges K+-ions within cancer cells, while simultaneously releasing doxorubicin, combining ion homeostasis disruption targeted delivery. BC ADD system cross-linking dibenzo-18-crown-6-ether (DB18C6) BHNC particles. To enhance cellular internalization facilitate tracking of uptake, cellulose labeled biotin fluorescein isothiocyanate, referred BCFB. serves backbone, immobilized DB18C6 can capture doxorubicin via formation.
